Proactive Maintenance (PM)
  • Catch issues before they happen, PM services are the number one way to prevent potentially cafe-closing incidents by giving key hands-on touch points to experienced technicians. ​

  • ​Replace common high wear items, calibrate systems, and water testing, assuring a long life out of your equipment.

  • Work with us to create a custom maintenance plan that works for your needs and your budget.

Rates

Standard Rate

$110/Hour during regular business hours. There is a service fee minimum of 1hr for all service calls.

Travel

$110/Hour during regular business hours. There is a travel charge minimum of 30min for all service calls.

After-Hours / Emergency

$165/Hour outside of regular business hours. Standard service calls will be given a 30min grace period before after-hour rates begin. Labor and travel minimums still apply.

Proactive Maintenance (PM) Agreements
